WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For disposable vapes-TRY IN STORE and if not working will exchange. Once you leave the store we cannot exchange any disposable regardless of how many you buy or what the issue is.
Mods/ Electronic devices- TEST IN STORE to be eligible for our 5 day exchange policy. Device must be defective with no signs of alteration or damage and have all parts and accessories with the receipt within 5 days of purchase date.
Coils and Pods- Please ask the sales assistant to confirm coils and pods are the right one or check yourself. If you buy incorrect coils or pods you may bring them back for exchange withing 5 days of purchase if you have the receipt, and coils and/ or pods in same condition as when sold (not covered in e liquid or burnt)
